Mike has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years.  He is a goal oriented Senior Executive experienced in leading transformational Sales and Marketing strategies. He is a decisive leader recognized for exceptional achievement, sound business judgment, and the ability to create trust.  He has a track record of success in balancing strategic direction and effective execution while maintaining the highest degree of professional integrity and personal excellence.

Mike earned a full academic and athletic scholarship at the University of Nebraska where he studied Economics and Finance.  He was a 1992 draft selection of the NFL New England Patriots after his senior year campaign. He resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife, Denise and twin daughters Allie and Kassie, who are in their junior year at Regis Jesuit High School.  He also has a son, Michael, who is a sophomore at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins.  Mike still enjoys competing athletically having completed the 114th Boston Marathon, Half-Ironman Florida, and will soon add Tuff-Mudder Colorado and New York Marathon to his “bucket-list”. Mike’s passion for football continues as he recently founded “The Huddle Foundation” to help provide opportunities to student-athlete’s seeking a college preparatory education.
